Breaking Cycles
Mission
Breaking Cycles began in 2018 with a 5,400-mile solo bicycle journey across the United States. In summer 2027, the journey continues from Portugal to Turkey, using movement, storytelling, and human connection to raise awareness for domestic violence, addiction, and the lasting impact of trauma.
Every mile carries the mission forward, creating space for stories to be heard, conversations to begin, and awareness to become action.
